At 9 Million Pounds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process any refund or exchange requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products or services are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 9millionpounds@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
