The Perfect Backpack. Does it exist?

A backpack that's perfect for everyone may not exist, I will admit. I've searched high and low, and have tried tons of great backpacks in my life but none have ever been perfect. Backpacks are actually what started me on this sewing/ bag making journey. It's been a dream to create my perfect backpack for as long as I can remember. I carry a backpack with me everyday and that inevitably turns my backpack into a bit of a statement piece. An extension of my outfit, and therefore an expression of myself. But if it's not perfect... if it's not doing exactly what I want it to do or looking exactly how I want it to look then can I really say it's an expression of myself? I don't think so.
   There's only on thing I could think to do. I have to make my own. That's the only logical answer. 

   I'm starting this project not knowing much about how to construct a backpack, but just because you don't know how to do something doesn't mean you cant start.
